You’ll find that each of the Yoga 15 videos is highly specific and gives you a clear objective at the outset. This is quite a radical approach in yoga where classes are typically given generic titles like hatha flow or vinyasa which don’t give away much information about the style, content or what you may or may not achieve with your time.
